Strong and sturdy stick, the Insta360 X5 fits well with it. let the stick disappear completely.
You can secure each extended section separately.
The only downside is that it's a bit more difficult to push in and out quickly, as you need to secure each part of the apparatus. The pieces can slide differently when placed upright.
Tip: buy an adjustable coupling so that the bolt of the connection is always aligned with the seam of the 360. ° cam.
Shipping took long but i think thats usual. the selfie stick itself is overall okay/good but the "non-slip" grip doesnt stay in place. right out of the box. couldnt talk to any real person in costumer service so i was just going in circles and gave up on it.

It's a good product, perhaps the only negative is that the top part cannot be removed or replaced with a quick release.
Overall, it feels solid and made of good materials. It's not very heavy.

I was surprised that it was lighter than I thought, and most importantly, it's easy to adjust by twisting it. It seems perfect for carrying around and using, but even though it's 3m, the thickness and length when folded are slightly thick and long, which seems unavoidable.
