OLEVS does not sell products directly to end customers. Instead, all OLEVS & OPK watches are distributed through authorized dealers worldwide. Each authorized dealer may offer different warranty terms and support policies — this is why product prices and service levels may vary across different platforms.

At ShopHub.co.nz, we are an official distributor and provide warranty services only to customers who purchase directly from our website. Purchases made on third-party platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Flipkart, or eBay are not eligible for warranty or customer support from us. If you bought your watch from one of these platforms, please contact the seller directly on that platform for assistance.

Please note that many unauthorized platforms may sell counterfeit or substandard products. To ensure you receive authentic OLEVS & OPK products and reliable after-sales service, we strongly recommend shopping only on ShopHub.co.nz or through trusted, authorized sellers.

General Warranty Information

1. Coverage:
   • The warranty covers the movement of the watch for 3 Years from the date of purchase.
   • External parts such as the case, straps, and glass are not covered. Any damage to these parts will require additional replacement costs and round-trip shipping fees.
2. Replacement Process:
   • Customers are required to send the defective product back to us.
   • Once we receive the item, we will replace it with a new one and ship it back to you excluding any shipping costs.

Service and Repair Policies During the Warranty Period

To make use of our warranty service, please follow these steps:

1. Provide Evidence:
   • Submit photos or videos clearly showing the defect in the product.
   • Share this information with our customer support team at cs@shophub.co.nz Once the issue is verified, you may proceed to return the item for repair or replacement.
2. Return Process:
   • Email the following details to cs@shophub.co.nz
     • Tracking number for the returned parcel.
     • Model number of the item being returned.
     • A detailed description of the problem for each item.
     • The original order number from ShopHub.co.nz.
   • Please ensure all parcels are sent back via postal service. Parcels sent via express delivery methods that incur duties will not be accepted.
