All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and sourcing commissions are displayed separately at checkout or on the sourcing quote.

5. Sourcing Service Terms

When you submit a sourcing request via /pages/start-sourcing or /pages/sourcing:

Quotes are estimates based on current supplier pricing, exchange rates, and freight costs and are subject to change.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), sample fees, and production lead times are set by suppliers, not ShopHub NZ.
A deposit is required to commence sourcing. This deposit is non-refundable once supplier contact and quoting work has commenced, except as required by New Zealand consumer law.
ShopHub NZ does not guarantee that a requested product can be sourced at the target price or timeframe.
