SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Some of our products are shipped Free. Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery method, destination, and the weight of your order. You can view shipping fees at checkout, ensuring you know exactly what you'll pay before finalising your purchase.

3. International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • ShopHub NZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the follow link Track My Order.


5. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including NZ Post, CourierPost, DHL, and other partners depending on your location and selected shipping method.


6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. ShopHub NZ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for courier deliveries — please provide a physical address.

7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card or notification with redelivery instructions.
  • Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
  • After 14 days, unclaimed parcels may be restocked and a store credit issued.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For lost parcels, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timeframes depend on the carrier's process.

9. Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, sale events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any known delays via our website or email.
