Prepare: Wash the skin around your lips with soap and ensure it is completely dry. Avoid lip balm or moisturiser near the mouth before bed.

Apply: Gently pull either end of the tape apart - it will split down the perforated cut line in the middle. This lets you apply the tape to your face while still holding onto the backing paper, so you don't touch any of the adhesive with your fingers.

Secure: Position centred comfortably over your closed lips and press down lightly for 5-10 seconds. Don't stretch it tight - it should feel secure but not pull on the skin.
How to Remove
