1) The blades of the head may be jammed with hair. Try cleaning the inside and outside of the head with a cleaning brush.

2 The battery is weak or has run down. Fully charge the battery and try again.

Q: I hear an unusual noise during use. What should I do about it?

A: If you hear an abnormal noise, switch off the appliance immediately and check for bent, damaged or installed blades.

Q: Can the body groomer blades be washed in water? Will they remain rusty after rinsing?

A: They can be washed with water. After washing with water, I wipe them with a cloth or tissue, and they never rust.
